I don't understand what this is

Basically, you will be able to download an excel sheet of your current members, update the sheet as you need, and then upload it back to the system to update any/all members that you want. It's a much quicker way to update your member information than doing it one by one in the WishWell program when you have more than 3 or 5 members to update at a time. Does this make sense?

Yes, it makes sense but not sure we'd have more than a few updates at a time after the initial load. Certainly can't hurt
