For investigative purposes, the order report really needs to be sortable by last name so it may be necessary to split the first and last names. It would really help for it to be pulled by a range of dates rather than just by one month at a time so that we don't have to cut and paste the two reports together since all entry for a quarter would generally span two months. Also, I don't know what other chapters use this for, but our chapter doesn't really need all the detail. We just need one row for each recipient and the total number of wishes they received with a grand total at the end of the report. A separate listing with one line for each donor and their total because this would be different than than we get on the Donation report in the case where spouses submit one check for two orders. For donor purposes we need to have the amounts split. Having these lists would also give us a good way to spot check that all wishes are showing up on cards. Comparing your Donation report to an Order report also would show us the difference between the number of total wishes and the total $ donated so we can tell pure donation amounts.
